Additional adults $35.00 per week

In-season Weekly 2011 Rates:

01 July - 30 August
Phoenix $600.00/wk Accommodates four people 2 children and 2 adults.
Additional adults $50.00 per week

Minimum of 3 day booking for the months
of June & September (payment in full at time of booking)

Cancellation Policy:

A $200.00 deposit required at time of booking. The balance will be deducted from your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival. If booking is made 30 days or less full payment is required at time of booking. If you cancel prior to 30 days your deposit will be returned less a $25.00 administration fee.
